Fate Dept. runs this website, fatedept.com, and the @thefatedept accounts on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Fate Dept.

Visitors to this website
We collect no personal data through this website. It has no sign-up, contact form, comments, analytics, advertising or social media embeds. Its fonts and images are served from fatedept.com, so your browser contacts only our host, Cloudflare, when you read it.
Cloudflare processes technical data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This data includes your IP address, browser type and the page you requested. We do not use it to identify or track visitors. Cloudflare’s handling of this data is described in the Cloudflare privacy policy.
If you email us
We keep your address and message only to reply. We delete them once the matter is closed.
Cookies
We set no cookies. Cloudflare can set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check that a request comes from a person and not a bot. That cookie is not used for advertising or analytics.
Publishing to YouTube and TikTok
Fate Dept. publishes its own videos to its own YouTube channel using the YouTube API Services, and to its own TikTok account using TikTok’s Content Posting API. These tools act only on Fate Dept.’s own accounts and collect no data from visitors to this site. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and use of YouTube is covered by the YouTube Terms of Service. TikTok’s handling of data is described in the TikTok privacy policy.
Access granted to an app through a Google account can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page.
Children
This website is not directed at children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. We hold no personal data about website visitors. Email hello@fatedept.com with any request or complaint. We will reply within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

If our practices change, we will update this page and its date before the change applies.
